Although the outside is for sure "used vintage condition" the insides are in great shape. All it needs is some fluid and it should work. The coils and cotton look good. There was some verdigris that I cleaned off which exposed the copper under the stainless steel coating. There is also a spot where a sticker was removed which, despite cleaning, will always be a little different from the rest of the lighter due to wear and scratches. All in all, its in fair working vintage condition and would make a fine addition to your vintage holiday display.
